Procedures - Terms and Conditions

 

  • All non-warranty repairs have a non-refundable diagnosis fee of $35.00.  This fee will be credited to work performed.

  • You will be contacted when we have received and inspected your device(s).

  • You will be provided the full cost of the repair and asked for authorization to perform the work.

  • At this time, you will be asked for your credit card for payment.  We accept MC, VISA, and Discover.  Established businesses may set-up an open account with Net 20 terms.

  • After the work is performed, the charges will be placed against the CC or the business account

  • The device will be available for return or pick-up after the billing transaction is successfully processed.

  • All work is guaranteed for 90 days, parts and labor.  Devices will be photographed and documented to designate the current condition of the device when returned by CPF.  Any remedies needed for work performed, will be done at no cost to the customer, excluding abuse or damage.

  • CPF is not responsible for damage to the device after it is returned to the customer, and will not be covered by the CPF 90 day warranty.

  • CPF is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

  • Devices repaired with water or liquid damage will not be covered under the CPF 90 warranty.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions. 

  • Lack of payment for shipping or work performed will be recycled 30 days after receipt into our facilities.

  • By submitting the CPF Online Request for Service Form, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
